Crumpets Adds Sockeye Salmon to Menu
Crumpets Restaurant and Bakery has replaced its Chilean Salmon with a wild-caught sockeye Salmon. This Alaskan sockeye is served charbroiled with a lemon-butter and caper sauce. This entrée
is available for $29.00, or a la carte for $21.50.


Crumpets Joins Ban on Chinese Seafood Imports

San Antonio, Texas – In response to the discovery of toxic chemicals identified within food
produced in China, Crumpets has joined the many international organizations that have banned imports
from China.
Crumpets will continue to serve varieties of seafood including Salmon, Trout and shrimp, but
will remain obstinate to not purchase from suppliers who are providing exports from China. With
safety as the number one concern in light on numerous contaminants surfacing in a variety Chinese
products, patrons can rest assured that Crumpets will continue to uphold quality while ensuring
customer safety.
Crumpets Introduces New Spring Featured Wines
San Antonio, TX

With the arrival of spring, dining outdoors has become commonplace. Where better to enjoy fine cuisine than the outdoor patio at
Crumpets Restaurant & Bakery? To complement the new, vibrant season, Crumpet’s has introduced its newest wine list.
Featured white wine selections now include: Tamas Pinot Grigio, noted for its fruity flavor and peach/apricot aromas;
Newhaven Sauvignon Blanc, featuring forward flavors of guava, grapefruit and subtle honeysuckle; and Beringer “Third Century”
Chardonnay, with soft, round vanilla notes with hints of fresh fruit.
Red wine selections include the Renwood Zinfandel, a dark fruit and holiday spice, with a lingering toasty oak ending;
Beringer “Third Century” Pinot Noir, characterized by aromas of spice and dark cherries, with a vibrant raspberry pallet; and 
Beringer “Third Century” Cabernet Sauvignon, a vibrant red with dark fruit supported by a good structure and vanilla oak.
These new selections are available by the glass or the bottle.
